inner thigh and twist with strap

This is another standard everyone should have in their toolbox: it’s gentle, accessible, and yet so powerful.

It opens both the adductors (inner thighs) & abductors (outer thighs), while also providing a deep stretch for the entire spine.

You’ll need a yoga strap (or use a belt).
