Most of us tend to move forward & backward but forget about mobility in the side planes. As a result, we tend to carry tension in the lateral lines of our bodies without even realizing it.

This gentle stretch helps us open those lines, especially along the ribs, shoulders & neck, and even the top of the hips!

Because it stretches the intercostal muscles between the ribs, it can also help increase breathing capacity.
